Klausner Holz Sachsen, Kodersdorf
Klausner Holz Sachsen (KHS) was founded in 2004 and built in record time. The sawmill and planing mill facility is one of the most modern and highly productive operations of its kind in the world. The site was chosen mainly for its proximity to the enormous and largely untapped softwood resources in eastern Saxony, Poland, and the Czech Republic. Production is focused on standardized planed lumber used in building construction worldwide. More than 80% of the products are exported to other European countries or overseas.
